Summary

Dr. Asrat Dagnew Kelkay is professor of Curriculum and Instruction at Bahir Dar University, College of education and behavioral science. He has been serving at the department for the past 20 years.  He has been offering courses for both Post-graduate and Undergraduate students. He has published various articles on reputable journals. The details are given under publications.

Prof. Asrat has been pursuing various positions in the college including: Coordinator for quality assurance, head department of teacher education and curriculum studies, post graduate program   coordinator and he had also participated in various committees. Furthermore, he has prepared teaching modules for the regular class in Bahir Dar University. These include: Curriculum workshop, teacher as a reflective practitioner, general methods of teaching, action research, instructional design, secondary school curriculum and sociology of education.
