Mr. Muhammed Yismaw, the PhD candidate in the Department of Accounting and Finance, College of Business and Economics, Bahir Dar University, has been working on his thesis entitled “The Effect of Corporate Board Attributes on Earnings Management and Financial Performance: Evidence from Ethiopian Manufacturing Firms and a Global Meta-Analysis.”

After the dissertation was successfully defended, the candidate was declared a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting and Finance as per the rules and regulations of Bahir Dar University.
