Job summary:

• Maintain the assets and furniture of the College to ensure long lasting and effective services

Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair of Equipments: Assigns workers as a sub-team to investigate the matter and perform repair and maintenance activity.
• Supervise, coordinate, lead and perform all the activities and processes to be carried out in maintenance.
• Water supplies: Properly plan for the water supplies expansions and water supplies as may be needed.
• Electric Supply: Properly plan for expansions and making sure that electric supplies are efficiently provided for.
• Telecommunication services: Properly plan and making sure that all telecommunication services (internet, intranet, telephone, fax and others) are properly running and administering the proper performance of the telecommunications services
• Repair Furniture of the college
• Repair constructional resources of the College
• Consolidate a data base about the repaired and would be repaired properties and services.
