Dr. Nekatbeb Feleke is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He earned his medical degree from Bahir Dar University and completed his specialty training in Psychiatry at Addis Ababa University.

Dr. Animut Tadele Dagnaw is an Assistant Professor of English at the College of Education, where he combines teaching, research, and institutional leadership. He holds a PhD and an MA in English Language from Addis Ababa University, and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Gondar. He has participated in two Erasmus+ Staff Mobility programs, in Spain and Türkiye, further broadening his academic, international and cross-cultural experience and intercultural competence. 

Mr. Gebretsadik Getaneh is an Ethiopian academic, Development economist, and educational leader currently serving as a Lecturer of Economics and Head of the Department of Economics at Bahir Dar University.
