Dr. Yekoyesew Worku Belete is a medical doctor, a seasoned health systems specialist, and a global health leader with extensive experience across Eastern and Southern Africa. Currently, based in Kigali, Rwanda, he serves as Director of Global Health Systems at CHAI, redesigning and shaping cross-cutting health system reforms in primary healthcare, mainly focusing on PHC leadership, service delivery, health financing, workforce development, and digital health.
