Megabi Adane Yizengaw (መጋቢ አዳነ ይዘንጋው) is a Lecturer, Researcher, Educator, and emerging scholar at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopian Institute of Textile and Fashion Technology (EiTEX), Department of Leather Products Design and Engineering. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Leather Engineering and M.Sc. degree in Leather Product Design and Engineering from Bahir Dar University (EiTEX).

Bayu Teshome is a distinguished alumnus of the Nile Executive Leadership Academy (NELA) at Bahir Dar University and a Lecturer in Industrial Management at the Ethiopian Institute of Textile and Fashion Technology (EiTEX), Bahir Dar University.

Mr. Workineh is a Lecturer, Researcher, and currently Head of the Department of Political Science and International Studies at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He holds an MA in Political Science with distinction and received the Best Postgraduate Thesis Award from Bahir Dar University.

Melkamu Teshome is accomplished legal professional and senior executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience across the judiciary, public administration, and the corporate sector. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Bahir Dar University, a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Leadership from Amhara State University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Leadership Practice from the Nile Executive Leadership Academy (NELA) at Bahir Dar University (BDU). This academic foundation pairs with deep practical expertise in governance, legal counsel, and strategic management.
