Admission Requirements

1. Application letter
2. A one-page Curriculum Vitae (CV) and copies of credentials (certificates, degrees, etc.)
3. Essay on leadership: a maximum of 1,000 words
4. A learning journey (capstone) project with its action and M&E plans; a maximum of 5 pages
5. Institutional leadership experience witnessed by an authorized immediate supervisor
6. Volunteer community-level leadership engagement witnessed by an immediate supervisor
7. Three recommendation letters from teachers and an immediate supervisor

8. Application fee: 200 ETB, deposited into the following account:
