The LDP is designed to assist fellows in identifying their passion, talent, and intelligence, which are fundamental elements for fostering agile and resilient systems. They will explore various theories and principles of leadership and apply these concepts to confront real-world challenges.

Fellows will engage with practical issues and receive coaching to gain a comprehensive understanding of critical system factors, thereby translating theoretical knowledge into effective practice.
