Bahir Dar Institute of Technology (BiT) is actively participating in the 2nd Annual Workshop on Community Engagement, University-Industry Linkage, Innovation, Startup Development, and Technology Transfer. The workshop is organized by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Community Engagement at Bahir Dar University.
The workshop is designed to foster inclusive development, promotes practical, locally relevant research and Innovation, progress sharing and reflect on lessons learned, Poster presentation, Technology and startups exhibition, engage with stakeholders in dialogue to identify opportunities, for deeper collaboration- Bridges academia and society and Build trust and long-term partnerships that drive inclusive growth and resilience.
BiT staff members are playing a key role in the workshop by presenting their ongoing research projects and innovative initiatives. Their active involvement reflects the institute’s strong commitment to addressing societal challenges through knowledge generation, practical research, and effective technology transfer.
