In a remarkable show of global solidarity, Professor Thomas Bohrer of Kulbach Hospital, Germany, has donated thoracic surgery equipment worth over 2,000 Euros to Tibebe Ghion Specialized Hospital, Bahir Dar University.

This valuable donation fills a critical gap in the hospital’s surgical services, empowering medical teams to deliver advanced care for chest and lung conditions. The equipment will also greatly benefit the training of surgical residents and medical students.
