Bahir Dar University has officially launched the Research and Innovation Information Management System (RIIMS), a comprehensive digital platform designed to strengthen the University's research, innovation, technology transfer, and community engagement activities through modern information technology and data-driven decision-making.

Bahir Dar University (BDU) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have further strengthened their partnership through the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at advancing collaboration in capacity building, evidence generation, and policy influence.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Mengesha Ayene, President of Bahir Dar University, and H.E. Saifeldin Nemir, Chief of UNICEF's Field Office in the Amhara Region, during a ceremony held at Bahir Dar University.
