A gender mainstreaming audit was conducted at BDU on the first of January 2025. After auditing, a gender mainstreaming workshop was held on January 17-18, 2025, in collaboration with BDU's multidisciplinary affairs office, and a joint action plan was prepared. The workshop aims to address gender disparities, biases, and stereotypes within academia and empower participants to integrate gender perspectives into all aspects of institutional planning, policy development, and decision-making processes.
