Socioeconomics, Sustainable Livelihood, and Environmental Management Sub-Project

The socioeconomic subproject is needed to understand and to find scientific solutions to the food security, environment management, and livelihood problems in NWE. The subproject will also contribute to promoting environmental issues, including the socioeconomic impact of dams, land deals, animal feeding, geotourism, and internal migrations.

The subproject will facilitate the achievement of CRGE goals through PhD and master's training. The subproject will also develop the research capacity of the departments involved in BDU.
