I have served Bahir Dar University as Institute registrar director from 2011 up to 2015 and Deputy Scientific Director from October 2019 up to now. Hence, I have very good leadership experience and managerial skills. I am responsible for managing academic issues for more than 200 academic staff.

Job-related skills: 

I have taken different teaching methodology and assessment courses and research and grant writing training to support my teaching, research, and community service activities under my current employer (Bahir Dar University). I have participated in industrial internships and visits to relate my academic work with industry needs.
