Sustainable Solutions for the Management of Aquatic Resources in the Lake Tana Basin, A stakeholders Dissemination Workshop

The BDU-IUC Phase II of the Aquatic Ecology sub-project conducted a comprehensive stakeholder consultative workshop on May 6, 2025, at Wisdom Hall, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. This engaging event is designed to bring together a diverse range of participants, including government officials, representatives from non-governmental organizations, and members of the scientific community. The workshop’s primary objective was to share and discuss the findings from Phase I of the PhD research, which explores critical aspects of aquatic ecosystems. This workshop not only aims to disseminate research results but also to foster numerous opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and partnership development between the project team and stakeholders, thereby enhancing the project's impact on aquatic ecological conservation efforts.
