The academy is proud to welcome its newest cohort of 20 dynamic fellows—aspiring leaders committed to honing their skills, visionary change makers driving sustainable impact, and global citizens pursuing holistic personal and professional growth.

NELA Offerings:

• Flexible Learning Pathways: Short-term (days/weeks) and long-term (6-month) programs tailored for busy professionals.
• Postgraduate Certification: Earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Leadership Practice (የድኅረ ምረቃ በላቀ የአመራር ጥበብ) upon successful completion.
• Key Competencies: Develop expertise in systems thinking, strategic leadership, and change management.
