Brief Biography: I have acquired BA degree in Civic and Ethical Education from Mekelle University and MA degree in Governance and Development Studies with specialization in Governance from Hawassa university. I have taught for three years in Wollega university (i.e in 2002, 2005 and 2006 E.C), and I am serving as a lecturer in Bahir Dar university since 2007. |
