  I received a BA degree in Political Science and International Relations in 2008 and a Master’s degree in Human Rights 2013 from Addis Ababa University.  I have also received Masters of Philosophy in Public Administrations from the University of Bergen, Norway in 2017.I had worked at Jimma University, the College of Law and Governance at the Department of Governance and Development Studies from November 2008 to February 2020. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor at Bahir Dar University, faculty of social science at the department of political science and international studies. I have a profound interest in working on issues of Human Rights, Humanitarian Assistance, Peace and Conflict, Gender Equality and Mainstreaming, Development and International Relations and Diplomacy, Democracy and Democratization Process, Good Governance and public policy evaluations.
