 I have served in social science faculty  as student-teacher compliant committee, research proposal and budget approval committee, journal policy development committee, research and thesis guideline formats development committee, e t c.

TRAINING OF GRADUATE STUDENTS

I have delivered trainings with free of payment on: Research Methods for social Science’s Academic Staffs;  Gender Auditing and Research Methods for Amhara Regional State Women, Children and Youth Affair Bureau’s experts; Gender Mainstreaming for Tesfa Development Association; and  Gender Sensitizing training for primary and secondary schools’ teachers.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES

            I have offered various courses in the Postgraduate Programs of Gender and Development Studies; and Peace and Conflict Studies. The courses include: Research Methods (GeDS6041), Gender & Public Policy (GeDS7031), Gender & Economic Issues (GeDS6022), Feminist Theories (GeDS6012), Development Theories and Perspectives(GeDS6013), and Gender, Conflict and Peace Building.
