Teshome Taffa Dadi (Ph.D., Associate Professor) is an Ethiopian Associate Professor and researcher in Land Policy and Governance at Bahir Dar University, where he has held various academic and leadership roles since 1995. He holds a PhD in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa (2019), an MSc in Land Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden (2006), and a BA in Geography from Addis Ababa University (1994). Teshome has extensive experience in land administration and governance.

Wubante Fetene Admasu (Ph.D.) obtained his B.A. in Economics from Addis Ababa University and his M.Sc. in Land Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. In May 2021, he obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Apart from teaching at the Institute of Land Administration, Wubante has held various positions at Bahir Dar University, including program manager, research and community service coordinator, and educational quality control and enhancement coordinator at the Institute of Land Administration.

Wubante Fetene Admasu (Ph.D.) obtained his B.A. in Economics from Addis Ababa University and his M.Sc. in Land Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. Melese Fentahun (M.Sc.)

Melese Fentahun (M.Sc.), born in 1983 in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Hawassa University in 2005 and an M.Sc. in Economic Policy Analysis from Arba Minch University in 2011. After his undergraduate studies, he worked at Bahir Edile Oil Share Company and briefly at the ANRS Management Institute as a junior researcher and consultant, where he conducted training on various topics such as strategic planning and performance management. This experience led him to join Wollo University as a lecturer in 2006.

Belachew Yirsaw Alemu (Ph.D.) is assistant professor of Land Economics and Real Property valuation at the Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. With an extensive academic background in Land Economics, Real estate economics and Real Property Valuation, his research focuses on critical areas such as land economics, land valuation, land policy, land tenure and land administration and management.
