Seid Hussen Yimam (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor of Land Policy and Governance in the department of Land Administration and Surveying, Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University. He has earned his B.A. in Economics from Mekelle University, Ethiopia in 2002. He graduated M.Sc. in Land Management in KTH, Sweden in the year 2007. He also earned his Ph.D. in Land Policy and Governance in Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University in 2024. Apart from his teaching learning duties he served as Project Manager, Director and Deputy Director of the Institute of Land Administration, from Oct, 2003 to August, 2012 and Vice President for Academic Affairs in Woldia University from August, 2012 to Sep, 2020.
