Hailemariam Behailu Feleke (MSc.) holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Land Administration and Management with a specialization in Property Valuation from Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, where he graduated with a perfect 4.00 GPA and demonstrated outstanding research performance; excellent result. He also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agricultural Extension from Hawassa University, graduating with a 3.89 GPA. In addition, he obtained a diploma in Forestry from Cyprus, Europe. In addition to taking part in research workshop presentations in Uganda, Kenya, and Senegal at different time, he got the opportunity to travel to Germany on an educational tour.

Mr. Hailemariam has extensive experience in both academia and the development sector. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Land Economics, Property Valuation, Research Methodology, and Project Analysis. Throughout his professional career, he has held several leadership and technical positions, including Head of the Valuation Department at the Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University; Process Owner at the Gambella Regional Land and Environment Bureau; and GIS Team Leader at the same bureau. He is currently an academic staff member at the Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia, where he is also pursuing a PhD in Land Policy and Governance. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he has served as a project coordinator for several initiatives, including woody biomass inventory, sustainable land management, and climate adaptation strategy document preparation.

Mr. Hailemariam has contributed to scholarly research through the publication of a peer-reviewed article, co-authored with colleagues, titled "Expectations Against Considerations on Quality of Urban Land Use Plan" in the African Journal of Land Policy.He possesses strong technical and analytical skills in geographic information systems (ArcGIS), SPSS, Global Mapper, property valuation, project analysis, and research design and implementation. His expertise combines academic knowledge with practical experience in land administration, property valuation, geospatial analysis, and sustainable land management, enabling him to contribute effectively to research, policy development, and professional practice.
