ባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከኢትዮጵያ ብዝኃ-ሕይወት ኢንስቲትዩት ጋር የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈራረሙ

በባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ እና በኢትዮጵያ ብዝኃ-ሕይወት ኢንስቲትዩት መካከል በትብብር መስራት የሚያስችላቸውን የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ጥቅምት 18/2018 ዓ.ም ተፈራረሙ ፡፡

የመግባቢያ ሰነዱ ዋና አላማ በኢትዮጵያ ብዝኃ-ሕይወት ኢንስቲትዩት እና በባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ መካከል የሥራ ግንኙነት መፍጠር ሲሆን ተዋዋይ ወገኖች የጋራ ፍላጎቶችን፣ መርኃ-ግብሮችን እና ተግባራትን በጋራ ለማቀድና ለመተግበር ይችሉ ዘንድ መረጃ እንዲለዋወጡ ማገዝ ነው ።

ይህ የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ሰነድ አስገዳጅ ያልሆነ፣ ነገር ግን መደበኛ የሆነ የጋራ ስልታዊ ጠቀሜታ ባላቸው መስኮች በጋራ ለመሥራት በተለይም በዓለም አቀፍ የብዝኃ-ሕይወት ስምምነቶች እና በብሔራዊ ልማት ዕቅዶች ውስጥ ኢትዮጵያ ለገባችው ቃል ኪዳን አስተዋፅዖ ለማድረግ ያላቸውን ፍላጎት ያሳያል።
