Bahir Dar University Sport Academy held its 2nd International and 8th national sport science conference from 24-25 May 2024. Twenty recent research works were presented in a two-day conference.

On the final day, Mr Gashaw Tekeba, the Amhara Region Youth and Sport Bureau deputy head for the sport sector presented the certificate of appreciation to those who presented their work. In addition, the Dean of Sport Academy, Mr Sisay Adugna also acknowledged stakeholders who have supported us throughout. He also appreciated the organizing committee's desirable contribution to the successful completion.
Finally, Mr Gashaw addresses his message on further collaboration with the academy in youth sport development.
