We appreciate you taking the time to apply for the COHORT I fellowship program of the USAID Response Leadership Activity. Based on your online application, you have fulfilled the minimum requirements and have been selected to sit for the entrance exam. Congratulations for reaching this stage!
The entrance exam will be conducted on February 8, 2023, in three exam centers. You have chosen your nearest exam center during your application. Your application information, including the preferred exam center, is recorded and documented. Thus, you are cordially invited to sit for the entrance exam for the 2023 COHORT-I fellowship program. Take note of the following details:

The entrance exam date: February 8, Wednesday 2023
Entrance exam time: 10:00 am-11:30 am (in the Morning)

The entrance exam centers are:
Center 1: Addis Ababa,
Address: Arada Sub City, Around Saint George Church, Addis Ababa Fire and Disaster Risk Management Commission Hall,
Center 2: Bahir Dar,
Address: Bahir Dar University, Wisdom administration building, Wisdom Hall
Center 3: Hawassa,
Address: Hawassa University, Main Campus, Africa Union Hall
Required documents during entrance exam
All successful candidates invited for entrance exam MUST come along with ORIGINAL and photocopy of the following documents:
Valid /Renewed Identification Card (ID): The applicant must show a valid ID when attending the entrance exam. Every applicant must present a valid passport or Local Government Identification card (Kebele ID).Other types of IDs are not accepted.
Original Student copy/Temporary certificate: The applicant should show her/his first-degree original and photocopy of temporary certificate during entrance exam.
Original hard copy of Unemployment letter: The applicants are required to show the original and photocopy of their unemployment letter during the entrance exam. The validity of the documents will be checked as necessary.
Prohibited during entrance exam
• Applicants are not allowed to use mobile phone: Applicants should put their phone in their respective exam room and sit for entrance exam
• Cheating is not allowed: Cheating during exam will lead disqualified from the entrance exam. The applicants who try to cheat during the exam will be ban from participating for the next fellowship application program
• Late coming during entrance exam: Applicants who are late by 20’ (twenty minutes) will not be allowed to enter to the exam hall.

Internet connection is required to complete the Google Form. Those who don’t have strong internet access can confirm with us via email (responseleadership1@gmail.com) before or on February 4th, 2023.
