Blue Nile Water Institute (BNWI) researchers and the Research Village Establishment committee held a meeting with H.E. Dr. Abraha Adugna, State Minster for Water Resources Management, Ministry of Water and Energy (MoWE), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 15 Dec. 2023. The discussion was about possible collaboration on research and technology development/adaptation, capacity building, and community and consultancy services. The meeting was held following the signing of the MoU between BDU and MoWE. The MoWE also expressed interest in its engagement in the BNWI research village Establishment. BNWI believes that the above collaborations will support the national programs of MoWE such as Integrated Water Resources Management with empirical evidence.
