Mega Research Projects at Sport Academy

The Bahir Dar University Sport Academy actively leads high-impact, interdisciplinary Mega Research and Community Development Projects. Financed through competitive university research grants and partner organization funding, these large-scale initiatives address critical national challenges in sports performance, athletic health, physical education curriculum design, talent identification, and community-wide physical activity promotion.

Through these mega projects, the Academy drives evidence-based sports policy development, establishes specialized athletic development frameworks, and builds local capacity across Ethiopia.
