Bahir Dar, December 17, 2024: College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Bahir Dar University conducted an advocacy meeting today with local and international partners working in the region.
The meeting was opened by Dr. Ashagrie Molla, Chief of Business and Administrative Affairs at the College. In his opening remarks, Dr. Ashagrie Molla highlighted that the College is actively working to address societal health-related challenges, emphasizing that Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) is a critical area requiring attention. He expressed his wishes for a successful and productive discussion.
During the event, a presentation was delivered on the importance of SBC and the curriculum designed for the short-term SBC training program.
