የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬስ ራዕይ በ2022 ዓ.ም በምሥራቅ አፍሪካ ከሚገኙት ቀዳሚ የዩኒቨርሲቲ አሳታሚዎች መካከል አንዱ መሆን ነው።

የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬስ ተልዕኮ በገለልተኛ አካል የተገመገሙና ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያላቸው ምሁራዊ ሥራዎችን ለሀገር አቀፍና ለዓለም አቀፍ አንባቢዎች ማበርከት ነው።
