Calls for Manuscripts Submissions Bahir Dar University Press is pleased to announce a call for submissions of book manuscripts in diverse fields. It is committed to publish works that contribute to the overall development of the country with a special focus on the following areas.

  • History: Uncovering the historical narratives, events, and figures that have shaped Ethiopia’s past and continued to influence its present. Culture: Celebrating Ethiopia’s diverse cultural traditions, languages, spiritual practices, and arts.

  • Education: Analyzing educational theories and approaches, making emphasis on contextualizing them for quality enhancement for education.

  • Indigenous Knowledge: Documenting and preserving traditional knowledge systems, including unique practices, wisdom, and local innovations passed down through generations.

  • Natural Resources: Exploring Ethiopia’s rich biodiversity, ecosystems, and natural resources, with an emphasis on sustainable management and environmental conservation.

  • Technology: Highlighting advancements and innovations in technology that contribute to Ethiopia’s growth including digital transformation, engineering, and science.

  • Economic Development Potentials:: Show casing studies and making analysis on Ethiopia’s economic development opportunities, focusing on industries, markets, and policies that can foster sustainable growth and prosperity. The press invites authors, scholars, and researchers to submit manuscripts that contribute to the preservation, promotion, and dissemination of knowledge in areas mentioned above.

 

የረቂቅ ጽሑፍ ማስገቢያ ጥሪ

 ባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬስ በተለያዩ የሙያ ዘርፎች ዙሪያ የተጻፉ የመጻሕፍት ረቂቅ ጽሑፎች ለማሳተም ጥሪውን ሲያቀርብ በደስታ ነው፡፡ ፕሬሱ ለሀገር ሁለንተናዊ ዕድገት አስተዋጽዖ ሊያበረከቱ የሚችሉ የተለያዩ ሥራዎችን ለሕትመት ማብቃት ሲሆን በተለይም ፕሬሱ በሚከተሉት መስኮች ላይ ልዩ ትኩረት ያደርጋል።

  • ታሪክ፡- ታሪካዊ ትረካዎችን፣ ኩነቶችንና የሀገሪቱን ያለፈ ታሪክ ቅርጽ ያስያዙና በአሁናዊ ገጽታዋ ላይ ቀጣይነት ያለው ተፅዕኖ የሚያሳድሩ መረጃዎችን ማሳወቅ፤

  • ባህል፡- የኢትዮጵያን ልዩ ልዩ ባህሎች፣ ትውፊቶች፣ ልማዶች፣ ቋንቋዎች፣ መንፈሳዊ ክዋኔዎችና ጥበቦች አጉልቶ ማሳየት፤

  • ትምህርት፡- ትምህርታዊ ንድፈ ሐሳቦችንና ዘዴዎችን በመመርመር፣ በመተንተን እንዲሁም ዐውዳዊ ፋይዳቸው ላይ በማተኮር የትምህርት ጥራት ማሳደግ፤

  • ሀገር በቀል ዕውቀት፡- ልዩ ልዩ ክዋኔ፣ ጥበብና ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ የሚተላለፉ አካባቢያዊ ግኝቶችና የባህላዊ ዕውቀት ሥርዓቶችን መሰነድና መጠበቅ፤

  • ተፈጥሯዊ ሀብቶች፡- የኢትዮጵያን የበለፀገ ብዝኀ ሕይወት፣ሥነምኅዳርና ተፈጥሯዊ ሀብቶች በዘላቂነት መንከባከብ፣ መመርመርና መተንተን፤

  • ቴክኖሎጂ፡- ዲጂታል ትራንስፎርሜሽን፣ ምሕድስናና ሳይንስን ጨምሮ ለኢትዮጵያ ዕድገት አስተዋዖ የሚያበረክቱ የቴክኖሎጂ ዕድገቶችንና ፈጠራዎችን ማጉላት፤

  • የኢኮኖሚያዊ ዕድገት ዕድሎች፡- ፡- የኢኮኖሚያዊ ዕድገት ዕድሎች፡- ዘላቂ ዕድገትንና ብልጽግናን ሊያበረታቱ በሚችሉ ኢንዱስትሪዎች፣ ገበያዎችና ፖሊሲዎች ላይ በማተኮር በኢትዮጵያ የኢኮኖሚ ልማት ዕድሎች ላይ የተደረጉ ምሳሌ የሚሆኑ ጥናቶችንና ትንታኔዎችን ማሳየትና መተንተን፤ ፕሬሱ ከላይ በተጠቀሱት መስኮች ጸሐፊዎችን፣ ምሁራንንና ተመራማሪዎችን ዕውቀት ለመጠበቅ፣ ለማሳደግና ለማዳረስ የሚያግዙ ረቂቅ ጽሑፎችን እንዲያቀርቡ ይጋብዛል።
