Administrative and Leadership

Bahir Dar University Press is structured with a nine-member Editorial Advisory Board and a four-member Editorial Committee. The Advisory Board consists mainly of university staff with extensive academic and research experience, some of whom also serve in key administrative positions, and it plays a vital role in providing overall guidance and oversight for the Press. The Editorial Committee consists of three senior experts from diverse professional fields with substantial research and editorial experience, works under the coordination of the Press Director to lead the core editorial activities. In addition, the Press has an executive secretary responsible for formatting manuscripts and preparing them for printing. With this organizational, administrative, and leadership, Bahir Dar University Press is well-positioned to effectively achieve its publication objectives.

አስተዳደርና አመራር ሥርዓት

የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬስ ዘጠኝ አባላት ያሉት የኢዲቶሪያል አማካሪ ቦርድና አራት አባላትን ከያዘ የአርትዖት ኮሚቴ የተዋቀረ ሲሆን፤ አማካሪ ቦርዱ በዋናነት በዩኒቨርሲቲው የአካዳሚክና የምርምር ሥራ ረጅም ልምድ ያላቸውና አንዳንዶቹም በአስተዳደር ዘርፍ ቁልፍ ቦታዎች ላይ ያሉ ናቸው። ቦርዱ በዋናነት ፕሬሱ የሚሠራቸውን ሥራዎች አጠቃላይ አቅጣጫ በማስያዝና ክትትል በማድረግ ከፍተኛ ሚና ይጫወታል፡፡ የአርትዖት ኮሚቴው ሦስት ከፍተኛ የምርምርና የአርትዖት ሥራ ልምድ ያላቸው ከተለያዩ የሙያ ዘርፎች የተውጣጡ ሲሆኑ፤ በፕሬሱ ዳሬክተር ሰብሳቢነት እየተመሩ ዋናውን የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ እያከናወኑ ይገኛሉ። ፕሬሱ የአርትዖቱን ሥራ መልክ በማስያዝና ለቀማ በመሥራት ላይ የምትገኝ አንድ ተቀዳሚ ጸሐፊም አለው። በአጠቃላይ የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬስ ለታለመለት ዓላማ መልካም አፈጸጻም በሚያግዝ መዋቅራዊ አስተዳደርና አመራር ተደራጅቷል።
