2. Biography
- I have Bachelors of Arts (BA) Degree in Social Anthropology with a CGPA of 3.44, Bahir Dar University, 2018; and Masters of Arts (MA) Degree in Social Anthropology with a CGPA of 3.72, Bahir Dar University, 2020. I have been working in Bahir Dar University starting from 2024.
- I have experiences in research concerning on different social organization to specify, I worked at Plan International Ethiopia and Action aid Ethiopia as a data collector on terminal evaluation of Etipad and Yeneray project and for action aid Ethiopia the issue of FGM. And I participated as volunteer service provider in health and wholeness Ethiopia (HAWE). I have engaged in different research projects and community services including training provisions; thus I have also engaged in different research projects as data collector and researcher.

5. Research interests:
I’m interested in issues of culture-related areas, gender equality, FGM, migration, indigenous knowledge and related issues; I’m interested in any societal issues.
6. Research projects since joining BDU
- A mega research project entitled “Local knowledge, material cultures, and socio-cultural values of the peoples of Gojjam, Amhara regional state Ethiopia: an Ethnographic analysis”.
- A mega research project entitled “Empowering Women in Political Economy: Exploring Gender-Responsive Budgeting and Political Decision-Making in Amhara Regional State Public Institutions”.
