Mr. Ahmed Abide has successfully defended his PhD dissertation in the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology (BiT), Bahir Dar University (BDU), Ethiopia. His research, titled "Multimodal Empowerment for Human-Robot Collaboration Team: A Hidden Semi-Markov Model and Augmented Reality-Based Collaborative Assembly System," conducted under the supervision of Prof. Chuhsiang Joe Lin from NTUST, Taiwan, and Dr. Bereket Haile, Associate Professor at BiT-BDU, Ethiopia.
