I am Misganaw Wassihun an Ethiopian food engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Engineering. I am currently serving as a Senior Technical Assistant at Bahir Dar University, Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, where I have gained over five years of experience supporting teaching, research, and laboratory activities in food science, technology and engineering. My research interests include food safety, food quality, mycotoxins, postharvest technology, and food processing. I am committed to advancing food science, technology and engineering through research, innovation, and higher education.
