Biography/Profile Summary
Dawit Fikadu Huluka is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He has professional experience in higher education, research, laboratory management, and community engagement. He has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate courses in Food Technology and supervising laboratory sessions His research interests focus on postharvest technology, food quality and safety, food processing, food fermentation, ingredient functionality, and value chain loss reduction. Through his teaching, research, and outreach activities, he continues to contribute to the advancement of food science and technology education, research, and community development in Ethiopia.
