Biography

Abenezer Tadele is an educator and researcher specializing in Food Engineering and Postharvest loss management. His work focuses on identifying the major problems of food loss starting from preharvest to postharvest practices and designing and developing the most essential parameters for during processing of different food products with nutritionally rich food products and as well as bringing back to the market the domestic food products. He is  currently a PhD candidate working on Investigating the level, causes and solutions of enzymatic browning of avocado in Ethiopia: experimental and modeling under the Supervision of Prof. Solomon Workneh at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology and co-supervised by Prof. Mulugeta Admasu at Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy, Potsdam, Germany. Abenezer is actively engaged in research and teaching.
