Biography/Profile Summary
Wassihun Guade Alemu is a lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering in 2014 and his Master of Science degree in Process Engineering in 2019 from Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University. He has more than ten years of experience in teaching, research, and community service. His research interests focus on food processing and preservation technologies, packaging technology, and postharvest technology and engineering. He has actively supervised undergraduate research projects and contributed to academic and community-oriented initiatives.
