- Researcher in Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS) project. It is a Japanese government program that promotes international joint research. The program is structured as a collaboration between the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
- Researcher in Resilient Agriculture for Inclusive and Sustainable Ethiopian Food Systems (RAISE-FS) funded by the Dutch Embassy in Addis Ababa and hosted by Stichting Wageningen Research Ethiopia based in Addis Ababa, to bring about transformation in the Ethiopian food system.
