From July 27 1998- November 9 2000 Cooperative Promotion Office expert, Plan and Budget Preparation Expert, Audit, Registration and Inspection team leader at the level of district, zone, and region and acting as a head office at District Cooperative Promotion Office of North Gondar Administration and Amhara Region.
3.3 From August 7, 2005, to August 14, 2007, focal person representing Cooperative Promotion Agency for projects of Sustainable Water Harvesting and Institutional Strengthening in Amhara /SWHISA/, Agricultural Sector Support Program /ASSP/, Koga Irrigation and Water Shade Management Project /KIWSMP/, and International Fund for Agricultural Development /IFAD/.
