Assefa is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in agricultural and land resource development for sustainable use. His career spans roles from development agent to planning and monitoring expert, lecturer, and assistant professor. With a strong background in natural resource management, he focuses on improving smallholder farmers’ livelihoods and enhancing climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies. He excels in research and project management, overseeing initiatives from design to evaluation while ensuring practical and sustainable outcomes. His ability to bridge theory and practice strengthens program implementation, fosters collaboration, and empowers teams.
