Short Biography: Tadele is a seasoned agriculture (Horticulture) and Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture expert with over 12 years of distinguished experience in the field. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Horticulture at Bahir Dar University, where he imparts his knowledge and conducts research aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity, post harvest management, value Addition and IPM of horticultural crops. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is also the Founder and GM of TY Agriculture, Nutrition and Agro-ecosystem firm. a social enterprise dedicated to providing high-quality consultancy services, project implementation activity's, material development and provision of customer_driven training's with qualified team of expertise, field research survey and data analysis service's that support the sustainable development of agricultural systems in Ethiopia.Throughout his professional career, Tadele has had the privilege of working with a wide range of National and International organizations and development projects on various topics related to Horticulture, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, gender, and value chains including USAID-RTI-Internatinal, GIZ_Nutrition Sensitive agriculture, SNV_Hort-LIFE project, Kingdoms of Netherlands Embassy-Ethiopia, JICA-Ethiopia, Ethiopian Horticulture Producer and Exporter Association (EHPEA) and MIDROC Investment group Ethio-Agri CEFT PLC, Bahir Dar Fower and Vegetable Producer and Exporter Farm.
