  1. From  08 October 2020 up to now: worked as an assistant professor in Agronomy and  crop physiology at Bahir Dar University: Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials; developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research; designing, preparing and developing teaching materials; assessing students' coursework; writing up research and preparing it for publication; supervising students' research activities
  2. From 20 December 2011 to 07 November 2020: worked as an Associate researcher in Agronomy in Crop Research Technology Directorate at Adet Agricultural Research Centre, Bahir Dar, Ethiopia: Preparing a research project or proposal on crop production and related fields; Searching and developing different ways of crop management practices to improve productivity of harvest;  Giving the analysis report of any Agronomical Research activities; Procuring essential  information in crop management, which is announced as result of experiment; Specifying crucial  points in report, which pays important role to give new tricks for maximum productivity after  completion of experimental projects; Writing, editing and preparing completed manuscripts for publication
