Motivation letter to apply for the Postdoc application call

Currently, I am the staff member of the Bahir Dar University, College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Department of Natural Resources Management. My MSc and PhD research focused on Environmental Sciences specialization in climate change and rural livelihoods. I am teaching climate change adaptation and mitigation, Environmental Pollution and management, agro-climatology, Environmental Impact assessment, Forest Resources management and Environment and Development course for undergraduate program and advance climatology, Environmental pollution and management and climate change adaptation and mitigation for MSc and PhD students. I am also conducting research in addition to supervising student’s research. I am currently supervising 8  Agronomy PhD students and conducting research on the impact of climate change on crop production and productivity. Hence, this kind of post doc position will help me in capitalizing my knowledge and skills. After the post doc, I will contribute for my university with the experience that will be obtained from others.

Thank you in advance for your consideration
