Brief Biography (English)

Molalign Desalew Beyene is a lecturer and a PhD student at Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He received his Master degree from Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia and Bachelor degree from Adama University, Ethiopia. He contributed in various professional activities and have skills in IT projects, research activities and community service engagements.  His research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Intelligent Systems, Data fusion and Big Data analytics in different application domains. Currently Mr. Beyene has PhD candidate in Bahir Dar University department of Computer Science specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and he has in a dissertation work for leveraging AI and data fusion in the climate change management domain area.

His mother tongue language is Amharic and fluently in speaking English as a second language.  He has skills in Computer hardware and Software installation, configuration and maintenance, Database configuration, administration, management and, Networking installation and configuration as well as programming and statistical data analysis skills such as SPSS, R studio, Python, Java, CSS, HTML etc.
