The mission of BiTec includes to:

1. be the center for business incubation and techno-entrepreneurship;
2. be the center of excellence in design and development of recent and locally feasible technologies;

4. serve the community by doing problem solving projects and innovations;
5. be experimental environment for innovation and technology that added value for the market, cultural growth, and social welfare and
6.  be place for practical demonstration on development, manufacturing, assembly and packaging through the creation of systems and experimental validation.
