BDU STEM Center Students participated at the 2nd national Science fair competition with Robotics and Engineering

A national robotics and engineering competition was held in Addis Ababa inside the Ethiopian Academy of Sciences campus from Nov 6 - 10 organized by Ministry of Education, UNESCO, Ethiopian Academy of Sciences and STEM Synergy. BDU STEM center was represented by 12 students where six of them  competed in the robotics part while the other 6 competed in the engineering part in different types of projects. Before the 12 students were selected to the national competition, there was a center based competition and screening by the center staff. This competition was an opportunity for our students to experience the science and technology developments in the country. The competition was among all STEM centers in the country, all regional education and the two city administration education bureaus.  The technology innovations of BDU STEM students were exhibited to wider audiences in the ESA garden in addition to the hall displays. International visitors appreciated the BDU STEM students show and recommended to reach to the wider audiences and increase the STEM appetites of school students at different levels.  The following are lists of the students participated at the STEM fair with their innovation projects.
