  • July 2004 – Aug 2005, I thought Courses like: Poetry, Advanced Composition, College Amharic, Basic Amharic, and Introduction to folklore.
  • Jan 2008 – till now, I am teaching Courses like: Introduction to folklore, Ethnography of Ethiopia , Approaches to Folklore Studies , Applied folklore, Rituals and Festivals, Survey of Ethiopian Folklore Studies  in Bahir Dar University.
  • Jan 2008 –, 2011 serving as a Coordinator of   Bahir Dar University Culture Center. 
  • 2015- Till now Advising Under and post graduate Students research work under folklore Department.
  • April 2015 – 0ctober 2017 Serving as Director of Bahir Dar university Registrar.
