Dr. Adigo’s research interest focuses on identifying microbial consortia for improving drought resilience in staple crops, preparing and producing bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and microbial inoculants, and investigating plant-microbe interactions using metagenomics and transcriptomics tools.
