Bahir Dar University STEM Incubation Center provided an indoor and outdoor training on GIS, Remote sensing and Surveying for 56 STEM center students from grade 11 and grade 12 students on December 08/2018. Students were given a chance to attend a theoretical training in class and went to field to exercise with different modern equipment of the University. The training was given by experts from GeoDTC research center led by the director of the center. Students enjoyed the practical session with the state of the art instruments in the field work.
