Teachers' Day 2020

International Teachers' Day Closing Ceremony will be celebrated at Bahir Dar University

Teachers' Day is celebrated internationally on October 5 and has been celebrated in various ways in our country since that day. A closing conference will be held this Friday and Saturday (October 30-31, 2020) at Bahir Dar University. It is learnt that the conference is convened by Bahir Dar University Center of Excellence for Education in partnership with the Ministry of Education.

Dr. Asnake Tarekegne, Director of the Center for Educational Excellence at Bahir Dar University, said the day will be celebrated under the theme "Teachers: leading in crisis, reimagining the future!"
